- ASSIGNMENT #3- You will be creating a "Video Log" of one day of your life to analyze the level of "Stoic Understanding" you have in conquering anger, frustration, annoyance, and other preventable sentiments. An example will be shown in the Alain de Botain documentary on "Seneca- Guide To Happiness". You will begin with an AM video describing: how you feel, how the day will unfold (think about the OJ commercial), possible "obstacles", and a slightly "prophetic" prediction as to how you will face these impediments. You will then have a short 12pm video assessing how you are fairing with your foreseen and unforseen obstacles and what stoic attributes you have utilized. In the PM, before you go to bed, you will then present a brief reflection on how Stoicism aided you in this one single day of your life and the lessons you learned as you faced the obstacles of your day.
